Guess who’s back?? November is here and I am thankful for music (and all of you for supporting this little playlist!) Got some new finds this month that I’m really excited about, and tunes from friends that I’ll be seeing very soon 🙂 I’m headed to Denver later this month to play alongside Taylor Bratches, Mick Jeets, and B Goody; you can check out my favorite Fantastic Voyage releases of theirs in this month’s batch of tunes. Also shoutout to 2take for organizing our appearance with the legendary The Hundred Presents, his release “Left To Right” will get your body moving! “Buttercup” by Peach has been my song-on-repeat lately, along with a huge tune from BAKEY, “Take it Further,” on Shall Not Fade’s sublabel, Time Is Now. I’ve included a collaboration with my homie Tooga, whose birthday was last week (happy bday duder!) and yes, that vocal sample is an ode to H-town from DJ Screw. “Brothers & Sisters” is coming at you from heavy-hitter duo Chris Stussy and DJOKO, aka Stussko, and another powerhouse collaboration between Danny Goliger and Choopsie lands “Questions Why” on this month’s roster. For a taste of techno, a hot new release from Houston’s own Vance Lawrence, “Airspace,” rounds out the bunch, and it’s also my birthday month, so I snuck in one more of my own releases to close it out <3
