This week’s MOTW comes from LA DJ/producer/Twitch streamer HANA (or HanaWins or HanaTruly), a musical chameleon who produces pop-tinged dance and acoustic tracks, spins multiple genres, and has worked with heavyweights like Tchami. This 5-hour mix is a combination of booming, dark stadium techno, fun visuals, and a bouncing cartoon wearing vampire’s teeth. It’s easy to get caught up in the schtick of the performance, shout outs, and exhausting energy from HANA, but underneath is a solid marathon of hits from techno’s current greats. It’s really an audio and visual treat that we simply weren’t expecting – not really goth, not really dark or depressive, but just some solid, good techno shit. Enjoy!
