Just in time for the Group Therapy Weekender at the Gorge Amphitheatre this weekend, heavyweights Above & Beyond and Seven Lions dropped their collab ‘See The End’ featuring Opposite of Other and we never want to “see the end”! With its fluid beginning with vocals by Opposite the Other, it quickly builds into this progressive beat with booming kicks that bring on the nostalgic waves of euphoria. This group coming together is particularly special due to their unique power to evoke such strong emotions with their sounds that often separate them from the rest. Full of signature Anjunbeats sounds that we all love so much and Seven Lions affinity for trance/bass twists, this is a collaboration we have been dreaming of.
Although this isn’t Seven Lions (real name Jeff Montalvo) first time working on the trio’s music, remixing songs like On My Way To Heaven and most recently Sahara Love; this is their first original collab together but we have a feeling it won’t be the last. See the End is bound to be a favorite in the summer festival circuit this year so next time you hear it, hug the person next to you and let the wave of happiness wash over you!
