Duke Dumont Ends Performance After Being Spat On

Have you ever had that moment where you just snap?  You’re out having a good time, and someone insists on ruining your fun.  Well, Duke Dumont had enough this past Friday at Union Hall in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.  The chart topping British House guru stopped his seemingly packed show due to a heckler purposely spilling drinks on him and spitting from the upper balcony.  As he was heading out, he apologized repeatedly to the crowd and proclaimed, “I don’t get paid enough to get spat on.”   The crowd was seemingly unsympathetic, and despite calling his assailant to the stage, he (or his heckler) was still met with a crowd of boos.

Such disrespect for such talent.

Weigh in – was he right for stopping his set?  Let us know in the comments!
