Returning again this summer to the beautiful woodlands near the Baltic Sea, the organizers behind Positivus Festival have worked hard to bring festival goers another year of unforgettable experiences.
Positivus Festival is a music and culture festival that showcases indie, alt rock, pop, and electronic music acts over three days in an idyllic setting. It is the largest music and arts festival in the Baltic States and grows increasingly popular each year. The festival has brought in more than 30,000 visitors for the past two years and aims to entertain the youngest of festival goers, offering a designated recreational area for children. The Positivus Festival also offers camping, art installations, film screenings, and scrumptious food from food stalls. The festival camping site is set up across from the festival site and is being sponsored by Merrild Coffee, who will provide complimentary coffee refills for campers during all three days of the festival.
Ellie Goulding will headline the 10th anniversary of Positivus Festival this year and will be joined by soulful John Newman, alt rock outfit Wolf Alice, Richard Hawley, Mercury Rev, C Duncan, San Fermin, and Swedish recording artist Seinabo Sey. More acts will be announced March 4 so keep an eye on the festival’s Facebook page.

I was listening to electronic dance music without even knowing it when I was listening to Jock Jams in the 90s. Fast forward to my senior year in high school and I had discovered Fatboy Slim. I have been listening to edm ever since and love writing about new sounds, good sounds, and the music that makes us move.
