Fresh from the OWSLA fam is the official video for a track that’s been all over the dance floors for quite some time, Valentino Khan — Deep Down Low. Set in Tokyo and directed by Ian Pons Jewell, this video features some wickedly weird distorted facial animation that will leave you asking, “WTF did I just watch?”
Of course, a favorite application of facial distortion is the original gangsta of “WTF did I just watch” itself, Aphex Twin — Windowlicker, directed by Chris Cunningham. Even harder to believe that there are 127 uses of profanity in a mere 4 minutes of dialogue, is that this video is almost 17 years old and hasn’t gotten any less weird with time.
